Agent Newsletter

Firstly another huge thank you to all of you for your efforts this year.  We have been very fortunate to be able to work with some really skilled and professional folk producing some excellent forms, footage and audio work. 

We are glad to report that though we may have set a bit of an onerous task for ourselves, we have managed since its implementation, to honour the 48 hour payment system.  Those agents who have experienced it have given us excellent feedback.  I have heard stories from some of you telling of 90 day payments from some of your contracting companies.  We have been happy to process payment upon receipt of completed paperwork (i.e. invoice, report etc.) within one working day where your bank accepts faster payments and within 3-4 days for building societies etc. 

We have received many more agent applications than ever before so don’t be disheartened if you don’t hear from us, we do try to match all agents specifically to jobs that fit your profile and we hope that there will be a programme for everyone one day. 

Also, there has not in our working history been so many new agents to the market, we have been more than happy to assist new agents to the market with advice and assistance and even in some cases, some trial or “dummy” visits.  Mystery shopping is something that everyone can turn their hand to, however we do feel that those agents we use regularly are professional, in depth and accurate about their reports. 

Don’t forget to make sure that your profile is updated on our system, any changes to your information….submit a new registration form and we will update the database.
